DJI Inspire 1 TB47 22.8V 4500mAh Flight Battery Not Charging

The lights turn on when the button is pressed, but it doesn’t turn the drone on and it doesn’t charge.

A hard reset MAY fix them as I’m 90% sure they are just too low on charge to register, or even recharge through the smart circuit.
